Delete Your Stampza Account
Account deletion is permanent after the request is verified and processed. Download or record anything you need before continuing.
Delete in the Stampza app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings or your account profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm the verified request.
Request deletion through support
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account, or message Stampza on WhatsApp. State whether it is a customer or business account. We may ask you to verify ownership.
What deletion means
We delete or de-identify eligible account and profile information and disable account access. Some transaction, moderation, security, tax or audit records may be retained when required by law or needed to protect the service. Deleting a Stampza account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google or another payment provider; cancel recurring billing with that provider separately.
